Have Vonage Forgotten it is a Telecomms Company...?

Throughout COVID-19 many companies have suffered maintaining effective Customer Service but a recent case has demonstrated that even Major Telecomms Companies are suffering.

Vonage, one of the UK’s leading VOIP [Voice of Internet Protocol] no longer has a Telephone Call Centre, instead pushing clients to use its clunky chat system.  Despite sending emails and messages advising clients to ‘Call Us’ on a London Phone Number, clients are met with an recorded announcement stating the service is shuttered.   

When even Telecomms Companies can’t maintain a Call Centre things are certainly strange.
